  I was looking for a dress for my grandfather's funeral and the dress room clerk name shirley...was soooo unprofessional. THE MANAGER Lapallado...was not of help to the situation. I have never been so upset at a time like this in my life. I was trying on a dress and the zipper malfunction and the sensor went off while in the dress room area trying to get assistance to get out of the dress...I was so upset..the lady was rough with helping me out of the dress...I would never shop there AGAIN..terrible HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE...THEY WILL NEVER GET ANOTHER DAMN DIME OUT OF ME...I WILL TELL OTHERS TO NOT SHOP THERE...STUPID IDOITS..PEOPLE GIVE A DAMN ABOUT YOUR SITUATION NO MATTER HOW MUCH MONEY YOU SPEND...I WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER DOLLAR..
